The United States of America and rebuilding the new Middle East strategy

There were many across  the world thought that the middle east became less important in US strategy , under the regional and international variations , like the American sought to resolve the Arab – Israeli conflict ,war on Iraq 1991 and invasion of Iraq 2003 , all these events resulted in regression of American hegemony and its regional effect . although the region ( of middle east ) still occupied very important place in US strategy thought , so the project of new regionalism in middle east based on old political , economic , cultural , and civilized variables , which US strategy deployed the viable of these variables
