The research sample consisted of 300 male and female teachers in Mosul schools. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher developed a transcendental awareness scale, which in its final form consisted of 35 items, and a polarized thinking scale consisting of 25 items. The validity and reliability of the scales were verified using statistical methods, and the discriminatory power of the scale items was calculated. The results showed the following:

- Primary school teachers possess an above-average level of polarized thinking.
- There is a correlation between transcendental awareness and polarized thinking among primary school teachers.
