The Legal foundations of Administrative Authority in Confronting Intellectual Extremism

The past few years have witnessed the growth of a new phenomenon, namely extremism, which has led to a disruption of the blessings of security and safety, this problem is one of the most controversial and interesting issues for elites in the growth of the phenomenon and its transition to new phases and forms. Perhaps it did not exist before, which undermines the accurate analysis of that phenomenon. Intellectual extremism constitutes one of the most prominent contemporary challenges that threaten institutional and societal stability, due to its exclusionary tendencies that disable critical thinking and fuel symbolic or physical violence. In this context, the responsibility of modern management as an organizational and guiding actor capable of prevention and treatment through sound policies, flexible structures and institutional culture. This research aims to analyze the role of management in confronting intellectual extremism, and explain its strategic and executive mechanisms, with a focus on preventive and integrative approaches. Poverty, unemployment, lack of basic services, limited opportunities, especially for young people, the nature of the discourse, feeling of marginalization, inequality, and psychological trauma are all contributing factors to extremism.
